Services
AMA Marketing Ventures provides website design and digital marketing services as described on this site. Specific deliverables, timelines, and revisions for each package are documented in the package description on /website and the onboarding form delivered after purchase.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Website packages are paid in full at checkout. Care plans are recurring monthly subscriptions you can cancel at any time.
Refunds
If we have not started work on your project, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once work has begun, refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis at our discretion.
Cancellation of care plans
You can cancel a care plan at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Scope changes
Scope additions outside the package description are billed separately at our standard rate, agreed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
Once final payment is received, the client owns the final delivered website and assets. AMA retains the right to display work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us under the agreement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
